I affirm that I am the legal owner of the above property address and hereby consent that the photographs (including but not limited to, any form of photography, videography, virtual staging, motion graphics, editing, and the like) taken or produced by Sloka Photography (hereon known as “the company”) are owned by and are the sole property of the company.  The company and its associates shall have my permission to physically enter the property and the right to photograph, edit, upload, and/or sell the temporary user rights of the photographs to the listing agent, property owner, and/or other appropriate third party involved in the marketing of this property, and/or use the photographs for any other appropriate marketing purposes. 
The listing agent and/or property owner are temporarily purchasing the user rights of the photographs for the marketing purposes of this specific property only while the property is being listed with the current listing agent as indicated above (or for sale by owner if the owner paid for the photos).  One exception:  This "temporary usage" permission restriction does not apply to agents who wish to continue using the photos, even after they are no longer the property's listing agent, in their future marketing materials or website which advertise themselves as agents and is not in any way used to advertise the property for sale. We encourage and support the personal advertisement of agents and they are free to continue using the photos for this purpose.
If the current listing agent pays for the temporary user rights of the photographs but ceases to be the listing agent for the property, any party (future listing agent, property owner, or otherwise) must contact Sloka Photography to purchase the temporary user rights and gain rightful access to the photographs directly from the company if they wish to continue using the photographic materials. The current listing agent does NOT have the right to pass on the photographs or give permission to use the photographs to the property owner or to any other listing agent.  These photographs are owned by Sloka Photography and copyright protected and cannot be used, edited, altered, resold, or passed on in any way to anyone without the consent of the company.  It is also illegal to tamper with or remove the watermark logo in any way.  All damages and associated costs resulting from the misuse of the photographs, or for rights not granted from the company, will be at the expense of the offending party.  The MLS also regulates and protects the appropriate use of copyrighted photographic materials on their website and can issue and enforce fines for violation of these rights accordingly.  Sloka Photography and anyone associated with the company assumes no responsibility for any misrepresentation or misuse of the photographs, any damages caused by the photographs, and/or any actions taken by others as a result of the photographs.
