November Feature Improvements
Discover the latest November updates, filled with fresh features and improvements to take your experience to the next level!
New Inline Control Options
The new inline editing settings control allows users to make quick, real-time updates to form fields without navigating away, streamlining the editing process and improving efficiency.
Note: Inline editing is available for all new forms and duplicates created after November 11.
Enable Switching Between Different Field Types
Users can now switch between different field types (short answer, long answer, email, number, link, phone number) while preserving their existing settings. This allows users to adjust the form structure to meet changing needs without losing any data.
Submission Summary Download on the Thank You Page
This feature enables users to view and download a summary of their submission directly from the Thank You page. The link text is fully customizable to suit your preferences.
Lookup – if multiple records are found
We’re introducing a new feature in the Lookup section that lets users decide which record to update when multiple records are found. Similar to the Object Mapping section, this feature gives you greater control over record management.
Here’s how it works:
- A new Salesforce field will be added with the label: “If multiple records are found, update:”
- This field will include a dropdown menu with the following options:
- Newest created record
- Oldest created record
- Newest edited record
Based on the user’s selection, the system will automatically prefill the appropriate field when multiple records match the lookup criteria.
Show failed submissions in Salesforce
Users can now easily identify and manage failed Salesforce submissions with the “Show failed Salesforce submissions” filter.
Here’s how it works:
- Clicking on the filter displays only the submissions that failed to send to Salesforce.
- The total number of failed submissions is shown below the submissions table for quick reference.
This feature simplifies tracking failed submissions, making it easier to review and resend them as needed.
