To manage this scenario, you will need to have several forms created, the first one including the first 20 questions and the second one including the rest questions.
To have your form users reach the other form only after reaching a certain Quiz score, you can do this easily by adding a form rule which will redirect your user automatically after finishing.
If the user does not obtain the specific score, he will just see the Thank You page, which you can edit to show the according response.

I am developping quizzes for language placement test. I would like to make a test progressive in a way that the first part of questions (like 20 questions) if the student have minimum 12 correct answers (or total points) can access the second part of the test if not we end the test.
Is this feasible?
