Thank you for contacting us.
You need to use a Multiple Choice field with one choice for each product. And add a Number field for each choice in which your users will enter the quantity.
Afterwards, you have to assign the price to each product and from the Inventory → Products section you will be able to match each field with it’s associated quantity field.

How do I make a form that allows someone to purchase multiple quantities of an items. So if they want to buy 3 tickets OR two tables? Thank you!
