I want to make a dish order form. there are serveral basic options that is not possible with your forms.

first i want to make price for each option and to SHOW it on the form, how can i do that?

for every choice i want peoplemto be able to choose quantity + dish size and then to show the total of the dish price.

last, i want to add a description to each option, and something that will appear only when hovering over each choice
