Hello, Live Chat has not been working all day.  I have tried but it says it is offline.

 

Here is a list of the issues:

  • When I go to the next page and the next page and so on, the whole screen shifts up and I have to bring it back down in order to answer the rest of the questions on the other pages.  Here is the first page, it looks normal

 

Here is the second page.  See the arrow in red, the page shifted down and all the selections are not visible.  In order to see all the selections I have to scroll up.  This is happening in all but the first page of the form.

               

I spoke to Wix and they said it was a forms issue.

 

  • The last page when you hit the submit button, shifts to the left side and shifts down as well. Wix also told me it was a forms issue.
  •  

 

 

  • How do I expand this button so that the wording can all go on one line.

 

 

 

  • Is there a lookup table for the address, like if I start entering an address it will give me suggestions?
