Each submission can have a unique Reference ID that can be enabled in the Advanced → Submissions section of your form. Of course, the Reference ID can be shared with your clients via email.

Yes, starting with our Gold plan you can create custom email notifications and set them to be sent to the email address filled out through your form. Here is our documentation to guide you through the process.
Also, I’ve created a short video tutorial to guide you on how to create the autoresponder and include the registration number.
As you can see in our feature matrix, besides the custom email notification, using our Gold plan, you can create up to 20 forms, add unlimited fields to your forms, set up calculations, etc. The fee for our Gold plan is $249,9/year or $24,99/month.

I’m following up on our previous thread.
Checking your account I’ve noticed that it is still using our Basic(free) plan.
As we discussed, starting with our Gold plan you can send custom email notifications and include the registration number.
Besides this, by using our Gold plan you can create up to 20 forms, add unlimited fields to your form, set up calculations, etc. The fee for our gold plan is $24.99/month or $249.9/year. Here you can also check all the features available on our Gold plan.
