Discover the latest updates now available with 123FormBuilder, featuring our most exciting addition: the new Archive feature! Here’s what’s new this month!
Introducing Our New Archive Feature!
This tool is designed to streamline your form management, making it easier and more efficient. Whether you want to tidy up your workspace or better organize your forms, the Archive feature helps you stay organized while keeping your important data secure.
Redirect with Custom Variables on New Thank You page
Users can now take advantage of the redirect option with custom variables on our enhanced Thank You page. This feature allows you to pass user input from one form to another seamlessly. By using custom variables, you can transfer data entered by users, such as names, emails, or other form fields, to a different form or landing page, making the user experience more personalized and efficient. This means no more repetitive data entry – all information can be pre-filled for a smooth transition between forms.
Read moreMark a payment as donation in Stripe & Stripe Checkout
In the Stripe Dashboard, payments can’t be distinguished as donations by default. However, when creating a charge or payment intent, you can add metadata to label the transaction as a donation.
This metadata includes a new property called payment_type, where you set the value to “pay” for regular payments and “donate” for donations. Once this is set up, you can easily filter and identify donation transactions in the Stripe Dashboard using this metadata.
Enable switch between field types – Choice fields
Users can now seamlessly switch between different choice field types, such as single choice, multiple choice, or dropdowns, without losing any of their existing selections.
This flexibility allows for easier form adjustments, ensuring that as requirements change, the form structure can be adapted accordingly without the need to re-enter or modify existing data.
Signature field improvements
We’ve introduced a new “Signature Box Size” option in the Signature field settings, giving users the flexibility to adjust the height of the signature field to suit their specific needs.
Whether you need a larger space for more detailed signatures or a smaller box for a more compact form layout, this new setting lets you customize the signature field size effortlessly.
Ability to reset the Salesforce integration ownership for all forms to a specific user
You now have a new feature in Salesforce Admin that allows you to change the integration user for all forms in an account at once. You can also select a specific sub-user from your user list.
