Is 123FormBuilder legit?

The short answer is yes. The long answer is yes, 123FormBuilder is definitely legit. That said, we’re aware there are scammers out there who unfortunately misuse the 123FormBuilder branding. It goes without saying that this is not us and that those users can and will be banned if reported. You can read more about it here.

How can I get more user licenses? What kind of user types are available?

You can purchase additional licenses at any time, just sign in and select Get licenses from the Users panel. For more information on the types of user roles available with a 123FormBuilder account, check out this article.

What plan do I need to choose to be HIPAA compliant or get other add-ons?

To ensure your forms and data collection are completely HIPAA compliant, you will need to sign up for our Enterprise plan. You can do that by contacting our sales team.

Are there any additional costs? What are add-ons, transaction fees, and credits?

We will add VAT to your subscription price, the final amount including the amount charged for VAT will be clearly displayed when you enter your billing details.

You can purchase additional licenses at any time, simply sign in and select Get licenses from the Users panel.

What types of payment do you accept? How often will I be charged?

We accept all major credit cards, paypal, and a host of local payment providers for all countries around the world. You can find more details here .

You will be charged once a month or once a year, depending on which billing option you select.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. 123FormBuilder provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for all plans purchased via 123FormBuilder directly. For more information check out this article on canceling a subscription and this page on refunds.

What happens to my forms and submissions if plan limits are reached, or my subscription fails?

You will be notified via email when you have exceeded your limit, case in which your account will be paused. Your forms will remain and data will be collected on them, but you will not be able to access it. You will either need to upgrade or wait for the next month to restart data collection. You can find more information on account limits and resets here.

If your subscription fails, we will notify you by email and request an update to your billing info. Your account will be downgraded until you provide billing information allowing us to restart your subscription. Do you offer discounts for Non-Profit institutions?

Nonprofits must complete 123FormBuilder’s application form to be considered for the 50% discount. If existing paid users apply and are approved, our team will provide guidance on the next steps. Please note that the discount cannot be applied retroactively and is not available to Enterprise users.
